Overview
Learning to work cross-functionally, within constraints
I helped design navigation systems and redemption flows during my year at Chase Rewards.
I had the opportunity to create tools for partner clients and our engineering support staff to use; collaborate on the visual uplift, edge case mapping, and implementation of accessibility considerations within key mobile redemption flows; and share my work as part of onboarding for new junior designers.
One of my major focuses was aligning navigational patterns across different platforms to make the wayfinding experience for users more seamless.
